Use the browser, iOS or Android client. Account tools include passwords, supported provider sign-in, passkeys, devices and sessions. Registration is invitation-based.
Assistance with review
Where enabled, local or cloud AI can help prepare clinical drafts. Authorized clinicians review the output; AI does not independently finalize care decisions or clinical records.
